About Stone Preserve

Sebago Cove Forest is 92 acres onthe west shore of Highland Lake in Bridgton, Maine. It includes 1,275 feet of frontage on Highland Lake.The property was donated to LELT by the Stone family in 2017.

Currently the property is accessible by boat and on foot, with limited parking available off Highland Pines Road. Please observe all posted use guidelines and respect neighbors, wildlife, and other visitors.

Use Guidelines

Public Use Guidelines:
• Carry out all waste and trash
• Daytime use only
• Keep pets under control
• No camping, no fires, no smoking
• No prospecting
• No target shooting
• Unauthorized motor vehicles prohibited
• Hunting is allowed, wear blaze orange in season
• Do not block right of ways to property

Permitted Uses:
Hiking, Skiing, Snowshoeing, Non-motorized biking, Hunting and Fishing (follow all state laws)
