In 2025, Alicia Ashe bequeathed three parcels of land on Cape Road in Raymond to the Maine Chapter of The Nature Conservancy (TNC). Subsequently, TNC has agreed to transfer these properties to Loon Echo Land Trust (LELT) by the end of 2027. LELT is currently fundraising for the long-term costs of ownership and planning for the future use of the 40-acre shoreline property as conservation land and potential uses for the remaining 24 acres, located on the eastern side of Cape Road.

Currently enrolled in the Open Space current use tax program and will remain on the tax rolls under LELT's ownership.
Sebago Clean Waters priority parcel for water quality benefits. Provides significant protection for the water quality of Sebago Lake, which is the drinking water source for the greater Portland area.
