11/7/23 Update: Both the Bald Peak and Ledges Trail parking lot projects are complete. Thank you to Khiel Excavation for their great work, and LELT donors for supporting investment in access to the outdoors.

This entrance to the Bald Peak Trail parking lot was repaired and riprap was installed to improve drainage and prevent erosion. The Ledges Trail parking area was expanded to accommodate more vehicles and prrevent parking Mountain Road.

The Bald Peak parking area will be closed 11/2 and 11/3. The trail remains open, and parking is available in the lower lot of Pleasant Mountain Ski Area's East Lodge parking area.

We are expanding the Ledges Trail parking lot. Work will begin Friday, 11/3 and continue on Monday, 11/6 and Tuesday, 11/7. The parking lot will be closed while work is actively occurring, but will be open the weekend of 11/4 and 11/5. Please do not park on the road. There will be a couple parking spots available in the front of the lot. If those are taken, please plan to hike a different trail.
