What to Bring:
- Shoes suitable for hiking
- A mat, small towel or blanket to sit on
- Water, snacks, and anything else you will need to be comfortable outside.

About Your Guide: Taylor has trained in many different meditation and spiritual traditions, including mindfulness, Vipassana, Zen, ancient yogic traditions, and more. Taylor's style emphasizes being present with what's here, and learning how to allow and make space for all aspects of ourselves.
